The villa has two floors and offers guests a kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a bathroom on the ground floor, and 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms with hydromassage showers on the first floor. In front of the house there is a 200m2 yard where guests can enjoy the 30m2 heated pool or prepare meals on the grill. There is also an outdoor shower in the yard. Air conditioning and internet are included in the price. There are 3 parking spaces on the land.
