Imagine waking up to the sun's rays and birds singing. You drink your first coffee or tea on the terrace in a beautiful green oasis with a view of the olive grove, and all this in the privacy of the 1800 m2 fenced plot. This small house has 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dining room, bathroom and toilet. It is equipped with everything to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. It is located in a small quiet village 10 minutes from the beautiful ancient city of Pula, 5 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the local beaches. In the afternoon after the trip, you can enjoy preparing a gas grill while your loved ones enjoy a refreshing dip in the small pool or a game of badminton. For active guests, there are several cycling trails in the immediate vicinity through nature and along the sea, or several hiking trails, of which the longest South Istria Camino stands out. Your pet is as welcome as you. We look forward to your arrival in our Green Oasis.

Payment and terms

Reservation 20% to the account, the rest in cash upon check-in at the facility. An additional EUR 100 deposit is payable upon arrival, which we return at the end of the holiday if everything in the house remains in order. Check-in after 2 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m.

Residential tax is included in price. Booking confirmation document upon reservation
