The detached 94 m² (living space) large holiday villa is located on the island of Brac, in a quiet bay directly on the sea. A large 1150sqm plot, which borders on two sides to the sea, ensures that you can enjoy complete privacy. The villa has three bedrooms, a bathroom with bath / shower, another bathroom with a washing machine, a living room with satellite TV, and a kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. A sofa bed is available. From the villa you have a breathtaking view of the sea, which lies to the east and the south. There are only 5 meters to the sea. Here you will find, away from mass tourism, untouched nature, calm and crystal clear water. In the bay are mainly rocky beaches and many smaller pebble beaches. The town of Milna with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bakery, post office etc is 2 km away.

Rocky beach Free Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. A travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request. On the terrace is a large table with plenty of room for 8 people.
