When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required, via bank transfer. The remainder is payable in cash on the day of arrival. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Tourist tax is included in the price. The minimum stay is 5 nights, and in high season 7 nights. A security deposit of €500 is charged upon arrival, which is returned on the day of departure, provided that there is no damage to the property or furniture.
