1. Reservation: • Reservation can be made by phone or e-mail. • To secure your appointment, an advance payment is required. 2. Advance payment: • The amount of the advance payment is 30% of the total rental price. • Advance payment can be made by bank transfer or cash payment. 3. Payment: • The remaining amount (70%) must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. • In the case of a reservation within 7 days of arrival, the entire amount is paid immediately. 4. Ideal time of arrival and departure: • Time of arrival: from 15:00 to 20:00. • Departure time: until 10:00 a.m. 5. Cancellation of the reservation: • Cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 14 days before arrival with the return of the advance payment. • In case of cancellation within 14 days, the advance payment is not returned.

1. Cancellation: • The deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the planned arrival. 2. Cancellation within 14 days: • In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival, the deposit is not refundable. 3. Extraordinary circumstances: • In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, natural disasters), a refund of the deposit may be considered, but appropriate documentation must be provided. 4. Date change: • If the guest wishes to change the reservation date, the deposit will be transferred to the new date, provided that the new date is available. 5. Refund: • The deposit will be refunded no later than 14 days after confirmation of the cancellation, using the same payment method used to pay the deposit.
