Receive the warmest welcome of the "DA&DO" vacation home, which is equipped with the aim of meeting the needs of each guest, the equipment and appearance strives for comfort and practicality. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room (sofa) and kitchen. The house is equipped with air conditioning and wireless internet (free wi-fi). Guests have at their disposal a large covered terrace with a beautiful view of Lake Vrana, a swimming pool (7.5 x 4), and 3 parking spaces. A covered summer kitchen with a large grill is also available to our dear guests. The yard of 1500 m2 is completely fenced. Vrana is a place on Lake Vrana, only 6 km from the sea and the tourist center of Pakoštana, and 10 km from the town of Biograd na moru. The cities of Zadar and Šibenik are 30 minutes away from us, while you only need an hour's drive to the city of Split. The national parks of Kornati, Krka and Plitvice Lakes are not far away. In our surroundings you have 40 km of bicycle paths.

Payment and terms

All prices are in euros. For a stay of 21 days in the preseason and postseason, the price is reduced by 15%. Minimum stay 7 days. The price list and house rules are an integral part of the house and are made according to special regulations in catering and the Accommodation Agreement. On the day of arrival, you can enter the house from 3:00 p.m., and on the day of departure, please leave the house by 10:00 a.m. Payment dynamics: When booking 30% of the total amount, the rest on the day of taking over the rental of the house. The price includes: Consumption of electricity, water and other utilities. Complete equipment of the house. Change of bed linen and towels every 7 days. Use of air conditioning. Accommodation tax.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

Reservation cancellation conditions If the guest cancels the reservation, House DA&DO will: • up to 45 days before arrival, return the advance payment minus return costs • up to 44 days before arrival, keep 50% of the advance payment paid • up to 30 days before arrival, keep the entire advance payment paid If House DA&DO fills the canceled reservation in another way, we return the advance payment minus the return costs. If the guest who cancels the trip finds a new user of the same reservation, House DA&DO charges only possible costs caused by the replacement.
