Payment and terms

For a booking re-confirmation it is necessary to pay 25% of the weekly rent. Arrival : from 3 pm. Departure: up to 10:00. Arrival/departure of the guests: Saturday Pets are allowed free of charge, subject to prior arrangement with the owner when booking.

Residential tax is included in price.
