If the guest cancels the reservation no later than 2 months before the start of the stay, the guest will be refunded 85% of the advance payment. If the guest cancels their reservation within 2 months before the start of the stay, the owner is not obliged to return the advance payment. 2. If the guest does not show up at the destination by the end of the first day of the stay (and does not inform the owner of the reasons for the non-arrival), the guest loses the right to accommodation and the refund of the advance payment. There is always a possibility that the guest can find a replacement guest for the same reservation, but they are obliged to inform the owner about this.
