Payment is made exclusively to the renter's account when confirming the reservation in the amount of 30% of the value of the offer. The other amount is paid by the guest before arrival or before entering the house. If the guest does not pay the difference in the price of the stay in that period before arrival, it will be considered that he has given up, and the advance payment will not be returned. If the guest decides to make a reservation 21 days before arrival, then he must pay the entire amount. The arrival time is at 15:00 in the afternoon, and the villa must be vacated by 10:00 in the morning. The price does not include additional facilities, final cleaning, which is paid once, and special guest requests.
