Villa Mate is situated just in front of the sea in quiet surrounding and offers privacy. In front of the house is a big garden with olive shadow where our guests like to spend their time. Villa has 255 m2 of living space and 600 m2 of garden. It has 6 bedrooms with double beds (hand made furniture), 3 living rooms, 4 bathrooms (bathtub with jacuzzi effects, shower). Kitchens are fully equipped. Villa Mate also has a one big terrace and three balconies with beautiful seaview. In front of the holiday apartment is a beautiful sandy beach really nice for swimming, playing in the sea and sunbathe. The beach is also suitable for little children, because it has a shallow part. Our guests have 2 new bicycles on disposal. There is also a mooring for your boat.

When you decide to book Villa Mate, we aks you to pay 30% of the total amount. Tourist tax is not included, it is 1 Euro / day for adult. Final cleaning cost is 80 Euro. We recieve pets on request. In June, July and August, arrivals and departures on Saturdays.

From June 25 to July 10, we spent our vacation in Croatia again this year. This time we were guests at the villa Mate of Fam.Mate Zdrilic in Privlaka / Zadar region. Our holiday was really great, the house was nothing to be desired - perfect seaside location, very well-kept and large plot with loving attention to detail and modern and spacious facilities of Hauses.Selbst the European Football Championship we were well on the large flat - Track TV. This holiday home can only recommend and is specifically designed due to its allocation for groups / families or for 3 individual apartments.
