The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, a spacious kitchen with a dining room and a living room, and a social room with a utility room and entertainment facilities. Smoking is allowed in the room. The villa is equipped with the necessary amenities: air conditioning, wi-fi, satellite, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, outdoor grill, board games: bingo, badminton, billiards, darts.

The accommodation reservation is confirmed by paying an advance payment of 30% of the overnight stay price. The full amount of the accommodation price must be paid no later than 15 days before arrival. Along with the accommodation reservation, a 300 euro deposit must be paid in case of damage that guests may cause to the property. If no damage is caused, the deposit is returned to the guests immediately upon leaving the villa. The preferred time of arrival is from 4 to 8 pm, and departure from 7 to 10 am.
