Payment and terms
You guarantee and confirm your arrival by paying the required advance which is 20% of the total price of accommodation. All information for the advance payment will be sent via offer to the guest's e-mail address. After receiving the advance payment, the reservation is considered confirmed, and the guest is sent a voucher to the e-mail address - confirmation of the reservation. The rest of the amount the guest pays upon arrival at the villa in cash or by payment to the account to which the advance payment was made.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
In Malibu villas and apartments, we believe in the friendly ties we have been building with our guests for years. Due to the declared pandemic of the COVID-19 virus worldwide, we decided to make a gesture to enable all of you whose trust means so much to us to cancel reservations more flexibly and "rebook" using the already paid advance. The new policies apply to all existing and new bookings made through direct booking for 2021, and their goal is to allow you to plan your vacation safely and worry-free. Cancellation policy: - In case of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival, the amount paid can be used during the next stay. Refund of the amount paid is not possible. - In case of cancellation or change 21 - 0 days before arrival and non-arrival, the paid amount cannot be used during the next stay in Malibu facilities. Refund of the amount paid is not possible. - In case of early departure from the accommodation, a refund of the reservation amount is not possible.
