The house of approximately 270 m² is located in Zaton, 12 km northwest of Zadar. The building is new, completed in June 2025. In the fenced yard there are 4 parking spaces, 2 charging stations for electric cars, a 30 m2 heated pool and a large terrace where you can enjoy the shade until the afternoon. The house has two apartments, identical in layout, each with a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned and each is equipped with a smart TV. The house is designed for 12 people. PS5 is located in the children's room on each floor of the house. On the roof of the house there is a terrace with a sea view, an additional kitchenette, garden furniture and a massage tub for enjoyment during the day and evening. You can enjoy our facility with family and/or friends and be together, but also separately (each in their own apartment) when you need it. During the day, you will certainly enjoy the pool and the shade provided by the lower terrace, while in the evening you will enjoy the rooftop.
