Villa Cala, is located in a small village Slivari a distance of 2 km from the town of Rovinj. The authentic Istrian house was built during the 19th century, a complete restoration experienced in 2007. The villa has an area of 170m2 divided into two floors, a garden has an additional 1300m2. Villa Cala consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 wc's. All rooms are located on the first floor. The ground floor consists of a large lobby, a toilet, a spacious living room with fireplace and kitchen with dining room. All rooms, including the entrance hall and living room equipped with air conditioning which is enabled and heating and cooling. The house is available and free Wi-Fi. The house has a large terrace with table and lawn on which lies the pool.
