Detailed description

Rent a comfortable apartment on the first floor of a family house on Borik, in the western part of Zadar. The apartment is located close to the sandy beach Borik and the town beach Uskok (we recommend going to the beach on foot). Borić beach is located in a complex with non-stop catering facilities, and if you like distant beaches with less summer crowds, you are 500 m away on the main road, near Nina, Petrčane, Vira, Privlake, Sabunika, Punta Skale ... Distance from apartment to The town center is about 4 km away. The seafront promenade leads to the city center, and public transport is available (city bus). Apartment Marin consists of two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds), spacious kitchen with plenty of work space and light, comfortable dining room and living room, with a three seater turn into a bed of dimensions 160x200 cm. From the living room you come out to a terrace with a sitting set and one of the bedrooms has its own balcony, suitable for drying laundry. Due to its quadrature the apartment offers a comfortable stay for more people (the apartment is ideal for a family with children or for two pairs). The apartment is air-conditioned and has wireless high speed internet.
