The advance payment is not refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation of the reservation by the guest. In case of no-show, the reservation remains active for 24 hours from the scheduled arrival time. If it is not possible to establish contact with the guest within this period, the reservation is automatically canceled and the owner reserves the right to dispose of the accommodation unit. Early departure of the guest does not give the right to a refund for the unused part of the reserved stay.
