Apartment Kokola is a modernly equipped apartment located in a quiet area, only 400 m from the center of Mali Lošinj. Shops, beaches, restaurants and health facilities are a few minutes' walk away from the apartment. We do not have private parking, but we have a parking space 350 m from the apartment already included in the price. Air conditioning, free WiFi, dishwasher, washer/dryer, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, SMART TV, Netflix, iron, kettle and several other household appliances are at your disposal to make you feel at home. We strive to make our guests feel comfortable and ultimately satisfied. We welcome all future guests to our accommodation.

When making a reservation, an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total reservation is paid to the giro account of the accommodation service provider. The rest of the amount for the reserved accommodation is paid by the day of arrival to the renter's giro account or in cash on the day of arrival, depending on the guests' priorities. Arrival is from 3:00 p.m., departure is until 10:00 a.m. Due to the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR), guests are obliged to leave personal data when booking accommodation or arriving at the accommodation facility due to the legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia (registration in the e-Visitor system). Additional services: One-time final cleaning in the amount of €35 per accommodation unit. If you have a pet, the charge is an additional €9 per day. Tourist tax is included in the price.
