We are located in the Poljana area, in a quiet street with little traffic, 100 meters from the sea and 1 km from the city center. Below the house there is a promenade and a bicycle path that lead all the way to the city. There is also a beach nearby - partly pebble, partly concrete, without shade. The house consists of 3 fully equipped apartments with terraces overlooking the sea and green gardens. Each apartment has a separate entrance, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, LCD TV, washing machine...

I stayed in this apartment with a friend from 06/20/26. Comfortable apartment, super-equipped with everything (even a dishwasher), large and super-equipped kitchen. The sea view from that balcony is unparalleled. The area, in my opinion, is among the best, quiet and peaceful, just outside the center of Mali Lošinj, reachable on foot if you want... a couple of kilometers to have shops, supermarkets, etc. etc. The beach is located immediately below via a staircase and crossing the road (not at all chaotic and annoying) with very clean water. However, we preferred to wander around and look for more unique beaches. Saveta is an exquisite person, very kind and ready to answer any questions. She also speaks a little Italian, just enough to understand each other. We really had a great time and have already recommended it to friends. 5/6 km away you can also reach Mali Lošinj, an absolute must-see.

The location is in a quiet part of Mali Lošinj. For our family, it was awesome to wake up and drink morning coffee with a beautiful view from a really big terrace. The interior of the apartment is very spacious, clean and has everything we needed. There are plenty of flowers and trees around the building. A small beach on the promenade is only a few minutes walk away. Surroundings... The sea is crystal clear everywhere. We have visited many beautiful places, but who knows how many we have not reached. For those who like to hike or ride a bike, there are kilometers of hiking and biking trails nearby.
