We wish you a warm welcome and a pleasant stay in our house Anna. It is an old captain's house located in a quiet part of town, not far from the center. It is surrounded by a courtyard and surrounded by greenery. It is 100 m from the sea, 500 m from the city center and 600 m from the nearest beach. It has two apartments. App Anna 1 is located on the second and Anna 2 is located on the third floor of the house. Both apartments have a view of the sea and the harbor, each 70 m2 in size (two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom, living room with dining area and kitchen). The apartments are fully equipped (cutlery and cooking utensils, towels, linen, satellite TV, WIFI, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, air conditioning). In the winter months, the apartments are heated by central heating in all rooms. The nearest access to the house by car is 100 meters away. You have to go further on foot. The apartments have reserved parking spaces along the main road 250 m from the house. Note: stairs must be used to reach the house and apartment.

Each apartment is registered for 4 people. There are no additional beds or people. When booking, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is paid, minimum €100. In case of no-show or cancellation of the reservation, the deposit is not refunded. The rest of the amount for the reserved accommodation is paid on the day of arrival to the accommodation to the landlord's bank account or in cash (depending on the guest's wishes). In case of early departure from the reserved period, there is no refund, the entire amount of the reserved period is paid. Final cleaning one-time 35 euros. +50% supplement for one night +30% supplement for stays up to 3 days Arrival from 3:00 p.m., departure by 10:00 a.m. (earlier arrival possible if the apartment is ready for the next guest). Possibility of leaving luggage after leaving the accommodation if the guest has a later departure from the island, e.g. by boat, catamaran, bus, etc. The use of any type of barbecue/grill is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

This was honestly one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had. The apartment is spotless and incredibly cozy, you immediately feel right at home. The bathroom and kitchen are both updated and look brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, and everything else you need to cook proper meals. They provided plenty of towels, a good hair dryer, and a brand new washing machine, which is a total lifesaver when you're traveling with a little kid! Both bedrooms are spacious with large beds and plenty of wardrobe space for a longer stay, and one room even includes a safe. The living room is perfect for relaxing, featuring comfortable sofas, nice wall art, and a smart TV with Netflix. The air conditioning works perfectly, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. We couldn't have been happier with the accommodation. But what really made our trip special was our host, Ana. She is hands down the best host we have ever encountered. Right after we made our reservation, she proactively reached out to say she’d prepare a bed and a high chair for our kid. Upon arrival, she met us at a pre-arranged spot and even offered to help with our luggage. She gave us great recommendations for kid-friendly parks, places to visit, and the best beaches, sending all the map locations and driving directions directly to our WhatsApp so we wouldn't get lost. She checked in on us almost every day to see if we needed anything and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I can’t put into words how much warmth, good energy, and hospitality she showed us. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation. I am sure we will be coming back again!

Very nicely equipped, clean and tidy apartment. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, the bathroom is large and fully equipped. The kitchen also lacks nothing you might need in preparing food, and the terrace offers a perfect view of the bay, the city and the blue sea! We enjoyed!
