Apartments ANNA 1 and ANNA 2 are part of the house of the Kerovec family. The house is located in a quiet street of Artatore, surrounded by greenery. It is 120 m away from the beach. The entrances to the apartments are separate. The apartments are modernly furnished. The kitchen is equipped with utensils for preparing and consuming food. The kitchen has a dining table and a sufficient number of chairs. The bathroom / toilet is equipped with a shower. Towels are changed every 3 days. Toilet paper is placed only on the first arrival in the apartment. The bedroom has one double and one single bed of normal dimensions. The air conditioning in the room and the ceiling fan are used as desired. There is a TV in the room. Bed linen is changed every 7 days. b Barbecue and garden furniture can be used by arrangement with the host. Each apartment has a parking lot inside the house fence, where cars are protected from the sun all day.

- Payment of rent is in cash, upon arrival at the apartment. - To confirm the reservation, the advance payment is 20%, which is paid to a bank account the host. - The beginning of the use of the apartment is from 14 00 hours upon arrival. An earlier start of use is possible only by prior arrangement. - Departure from the apartment is no later than 10 00 hours on the day of departure. - By prior arrangement and with a supplement to the basic rental price, it is possible to stay in apartment and shorter than 4 days.
