Dear guests, Laura house is situated near the most beautiful beaches on the island of Losinj (Sunčana Uvala 900 m Čikat 500 m) and only 5 minutes to the center of town. House Laura offers: (i) 4 apartments for 2 2 persons (ii) 2 apartments for 2 1 person (iii) 2 apartments for 2 persons (iv) 1 apartment for 6 persons. Each apartment has air conditioning (heating / cooling), digital satellite TV, private parking, internet, and on request we can offer breakfast and laundry. Payment and terms
• The price does not include (but is stated) a residence tax, which is charged per person per day • Children under the age of 12 are free from payment of residence tax, 12-18 years old pay 50% • Children up to 2 years free if not using an extra bed • Children from 2 to 12 years old if they do not use the extra bed are charged EUR 5 per day • Extra bed EUR 8 per day • Pets are allowed EUR 8 per day • For stays of one night a surcharge of 50% is charged, while for a stay of 2 to 3 nights the surcharge is 30% • Bed linen, gas costs, el. energy, water and final cleaning are included in the price • Boat rental, boat berth, breakfast, dewatering and other services are not included in the price and are payable directly to the landlord
