Villa Lavanda is located in the bay of Kandija, in a pine forest, near the sea. There is an unpaved road about 1 km long from Lošinj sports airport to the bay of Kandija. The place is very quiet, there are only about twenty houses in the settlement, and restaurants and shops are located in the neighboring settlement of Artatore. The beach is rocky and pebbly, while the neighboring bay of Zabodaski (5 min. by car) has beautiful pebble beaches. There is a jetty in the bay with the possibility of mooring smaller vessels.
