The house is surrounded by a stone wall which encompassed the garden and the croft having together 800 sqm, ideal for various board games, barbecuing (a coal and gas barbecue is available). We can organize a traditional Istrian meal, riding excursions in groups, bicycle ridings along bicycle paths, survival workshops, namely orientation in nature with a specially trained coach. The spa Istarske toplice is nearby, and there you can follow therapeutic or wellness programs. You need 20 minutes to reach the beach in Novigrad by car, and 30 to Poreč. From the house, can enjoy a marvellous view of the environs of Motovun.
