The facility is located in a quiet part of the island of Murter, with a large garden suitable for families with small children. It is surrounded by peace and quiet, a 5-minute walk away from the most beautiful beach on Murter, Podvrška beach, which faces the Kornati islands. It is a 15-minute easy walk to the center, and the nearest store is about 10 minutes away, where there is also a children's park. Nearby are the national parks - Krka, Kornati, Starigrad Paklenica and Plitvice Lakes. The apartments are comfortable, about 50 m2 in size, with large terraces.

Payment and terms
Guests coming from Croatia can pay to a current account, which please contact me about. Guests from abroad pay to a separate account, and I send all the information via e-mail. The advance payment is a minimum of 10% of the amount, which I return only in case the guests cancel 40 days in advance. The arrival time is 14:00, and the departure time is 10:00, but there is also the possibility of an agreement.
Residential tax is included in price.
