Two three-bedroom apartments have separate entrances, and thanks to the internal staircase it is possible to connect them to a single unit which can be interesting to a larger group of guests who would like to use the whole house as a single accommodation unit. In the ground floor apartment can accommodate 6 people. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (2 large double beds, 2 single beds), hallway, bathroom, kitchen and outdoor covered terrace. Floor in all rooms is covered with ceramic tiles. In the attic apartment is possible to accommodate 4 persons. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (1 large double bed, 2 single beds), a hallway, a bathroom, a kitchen and an outdoor covered terrace that can be further overshadowed by a pull-out tent. Floor in the rooms is covered with parquet, in other rooms with ceramic tiles. The apartment is air-conditioned.

Extra bed fee is 10 EUR per day. To confirm your reservation you will need to make an advance payment of 10% of the rental price within 4 days upon receipt of the vacancy notice. We'll email the payment method by email. The remainder of the full amount of accommodation can be paid before leaving electronically or in cash upon arrival. The recommended arrival time is from 14:00 to 20:00, in case of early or late arrival please announce the time of arrival by e-mail or telephone call. Departure time is no later than 12 hours. In case of non-payment the advance is not refunded and the reservation is canceled.

Rocky beach The kitchens in both apartments are equipped with a gas stove, sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and all kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery, etc.). The apartments are equipped with satellite TVs, and in the whole house there is a wireless network for free unlimited internet access. Each apartment can be accommodated for one additional extra bed. There is a separate parking for 4 cars, an additional vehicle can be parked on the street in front of the building. An outdoor shower with hot water is also available.
