The owners are very nice and kind people! The apartment is clean and well equipped, furnished with taste. The balcony is wonderful (now you drink a cup of coffee or too fine brandies that Ms. rosemary. Marija right), has a nice view of the beach and seafront Tomaševac. It's calm and quiet, perfect for vacation or two with children. My husband and me it was great! We strongly recommend to everyone!!!!

Accommodation clean and comfortable, wonderful hospitality of the owners and beach ideal for children in immediate vicinity. In addition, all services are "at hand"! Also great for those who have children and want to use the car as little as possible.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. Excellent location, right above the beach Tomaševac. Near the market and town center. The owners are friendly and correct. All in all, an excellent impressions and happy to be going back there :-)

I was there in Opatija with my classmates from University to see Optometry Conference. And we are very satisfied with accomodation. Room with TV, AC, kitchen, modern bathroom and toilet, everything is great. There is very nice sightseeing on sea and beach from balcony. Every room was clean and nice. The woman who is an owner of apartman is very kind and friendly. Near by Apartman there are many restaurants, pizzeria, bars and pubs. I can recommend this apartman for everybody.
