Our stay was less comfortable than we expected. The owner with whom we booked the apartment was kind and correct, but the same cannot be said for his mother who lives in the house. We often had the feeling that she owes everything we do. She moved our clothes dryer and warned our son unnecessarily about things he didn't do. She even accused him of disturbing the turtles, although it later turned out to be the neighbor's child, without any apology. Our relatives who visited us also bothered her, even though we announced their arrival in advance, but for their two-day stay, she asked for an additional €50 per night. We had the impression that the children were bothering her, although they were calm and polite. It's a shame, because the apartment is well equipped, has a large terrace, a nice view and is located near the beach with natural coolness. Because of the constant feeling of being under control, the break was not relaxing and we would not go back again.

We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, but for the sake of future guests, we would like to clarify a few points from your review. First of all, we are sorry that you got that impression about my mother. Numerous reviews from our guests on Google and Booking over the years describe her as kind, warm and always ready to help, which is why your comment genuinely surprised us. We try to provide every guest with a pleasant welcome and a feeling of welcome. As for the clothes dryer, it was not moved to control or disturb you. Pag is known for sudden gusts of bora and summer storms, so we moved it solely to protect your laundry from rain and strong winds. It was just a gesture of good will and care for your belongings. Regarding children, there are house rules in the house that we try to adhere to for the sake of all guests. During your stay, other guests were accommodated in the property, and we received their complaints, as well as those of our neighbors, regarding running around in common areas, entering other people's terraces, banging on doors, and playing loudly while others were resting. When my mother asked the children to be a little quieter, she did so solely so that all guests could enjoy their vacation equally. We believe that setting reasonable boundaries is not inappropriate, but rather part of mutual respect and a pleasant coexistence between all guests. Unfortunately, during your stay, a large amount of waste was left in the yard every day, which our cleaning lady regularly removed. Despite this, we never complained to you about this, nor did we want to create any unpleasant situations. As for your relatives, short visits are always welcome. However, this was not a short visit, but rather their full-day stay, use of the terrace, shower, and other apartment amenities. The apartment was booked and paid for for four people, at a reduced price because it is an apartment for five people, and a first-minute discount was granted. When you later requested that additional people sleep overnight, we approved this with a clearly agreed surcharge, to which you agreed. We are aware that vacation is a time of relaxation and fun, but we believe that it should not be at the expense of other guests. The stay at this place was wonderful. Everything was perfectly prepared, cleaned and fully equipped. In addition, a very nice reception and refreshments. I absolutely recommend!!!
Very nice and helpful owners, everything kept clean. The place is very close to the beach with beautiful cliffs. Turtles in the garden, an additional attraction for children.

The apartment was clean and seems same as in the pictures with full equipment. The old lady, is very friendly, she cooked us pancake ( filled with Nutella and jam ) in the middle of our vacation. We have 2 dogs and had a lot of questions. The lady's son answered quickly and we could solve everything. The weather was great, the sea is just 5 minutes from the apartment. What else do you need more? We enjoyed it, and totally recommend for everybody to reserve a flat here. Visit Pag, because it is beautiful, I love it. Best Regards, Norbert from Hungary
