The facility has 2 apartments and 10 rooms, and a fenced yard is at your disposal for undisturbed children's play. The rooms have a direct or partial view of the sea. The apartments have a view of the garden. Two apartments have a fully functional kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove, etc.), satellite television, air conditioning, toilet, double beds. The rooms are equipped with a bathroom, satellite television, air conditioning, a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea... Parking and WI-FI internet are provided for each apartment or room. Check-in at the facility is possible after 4:00 p.m. (in case of agreement it can be earlier), and check-out is only possible until 10:00 a.m. The advance payment is 20% of the total price of the reserved accommodation. The rest of the amount is paid at the reception desk, exclusively in cash in euros.
Residential tax is included in price.When making a reservation, each guest has a period of 7 days to pay the advance payment. After payment, we keep the advance payment as confirmation of the reservation. It is possible to request a refund of the advance payment only if at the time of the planned arrival there is an active travel ban in or within the Republic of Croatia.
