Apartment Mir (42m2, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, loggia), 2nd floor in a small residential building in a quiet part of the beautiful coastal town of Pakoštane. It is near the national parks KORNATI and KRKA, 200m from the ornithological park of Lake VRANA (5 minutes on foot), and the cities of Zadar, Šibenik and Biograd. Pakoštane has one of the most beautiful archipelagos on the Adriatic with diverse beaches over 3km long, as well as a large number of bicycle paths. Essential facilities (beach, center, shop, pharmacy) at a distance of about 800 meters or 10-15 minutes' walk. The apartment has its own parking space included in the price (No. 8) as well as a large daily parking lot near all major beaches and in the center of town, which is charged. The apartment is fully equipped, smart TV, air-conditioned, with washing machine and free Internet-WIFI. Satellite TV (HOT BIRD, EUTELSAT, HOTBIRD, with over 500 programs) so that our guests from Europe and the region can watch their favorite programs normally. Welcome!

Payment and terms

Deposit at the time of reservation 30% to the account, confirmation through "booking voucher". Reservations without a paid deposit will not be recorded. If there is a free appointment, it is possible to book shorter stays of 7 nights with prior agreement. In this case, an agency cleaning fee of 70 EUR is charged additionally. Payment of the full amount upon arrival and before entering the apartment in cash or in advance to the account with confirmation of payment. Entry to the apartment on the day of arrival from 2 p.m. Leaving the apartment on the day of departure by 10am.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

The possibility of returning the deposit with a written cancellation by email at least 15 days before the reserved date of arrival. For cancellations less than 15 days in advance, we retain the full amount of the deposit. Telephone or oral cancellations are not possible.

Pakoštane is known as a recreational cycling destination for many tourists with well-maintained trails. Boat trips to the Kornati National Park are organized daily and depart from the city port. Nearby (3 km) is the most famous THEMED FUN PARK on the Adriatic, near Biograd (Crvena Luka). The apartment has its own "House book" with detailed instructions for use, house rules and useful information for tourists.

More than decent accommodation.

The apartment is as it is described and in the pictures. It is extremely clean and tidy, kudos to the host for that. It can be well ventilated overnight and stay and sleep without turning on the air conditioning. The extra bed (+2) is not quite enough for two, possibly for smaller children.
