Bluemare Apartments are ideally located in Pakoštane, just 50 meters from the beach. In the immediate vicinity of the house there are shops, a bank, restaurants, coffee bars, exchange offices and all other necessary facilities that will make your stay more enjoyable. The house was built in 2012, and it contains five luxuriously decorated apartments. All apartments are fully equipped and ready for your arrival. Each apartment has: an equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils for cooking and eating, a coffee maker, a kettle, digital television with satellite programs, air conditioning, a safe, free internet, a terrace, equipped bathrooms and bedrooms. All guests have at their disposal: parking, barbecue, children's playground, summer kitchen with oven, dishwasher and all cooking utensils. Your small pets (dogs) are also welcome in the apartments. Apartment Bronze is located on the lower ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, a terrace, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa that can be pulled out and become a comfortable bed for two people. Apartment Silver is located on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. To confirm the reservation, a 30% advance payment is required, and the rest of the amount is paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. Arrival is possible from 4 p.m., while departure is at 9 a.m. at the latest.
Residential tax is included in price.Advance payment is non-refundable. The damage deposit is paid in cash upon arrival, 50 euros. It is returned upon departure if everything is in order in the apartment.

We have been spending our summers in this beautiful place and in this apartment for two years in a row and the only thing we can say is that we feel at home there! The apartment is neat, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay (the only thing you could maybe put an umbrella for the afternoon sun which is exactly on the side of the balcony) but everything else is more than good. The location is perfect in a minute or two to the beach and everything else is also a few minutes away. The lady who greeted us is perfect, so kind and helpful, pleasant to talk to so we really have no complaints. I hope we get back there again.
