The property is located in a quiet street, 5 minutes' walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the center of town. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, internet and television. Parking spaces in the shade are provided within the building, as well as the possibility of using a grill.

One parking space is provided for each apartment, if you come with more than one vehicle, we cannot provide additional parking. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, tidy, close to the beach and all other amenities, but the biggest compliment goes to the hosts who were more than kind, warm and helpful. Thank you again for everything.

We spent 9 wonderful days in these apartments in Pakoštane. The apartment looked exactly like in the photos, had a fresh renovation, and was well equipped with everything we needed. It is located close to a charming bay, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, always happy to help whenever needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

Nice, clean and well-maintained apartment with a spacious terrace, absolutely quiet and ideal location, just a 5-minute walk to the center of Pakoštan. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a bakery, a fruit and vegetable stand and the Galija tavern with reasonable prices. The beach is nearby with a walk in the shade, and the beautiful Pilatuša beach is not far away either, excellent for staying with children, and lots of shade. We had everything we needed, secured parking in the shade in the yard of the house. Extremely friendly and warm owners round off a wonderful vacation in Pakoštani. I can only recommend.

100% recommend for families, apartment is spacious, clean, well maintained, terrace is huge and we had all our meals there. Top location in Pakostane, close to the city centre (but still quiet at night) and a walking distance to the best Pilatusa beach. Hosts are super friendly and helpful, we had our best Croatian holidays there last year and we are coming back this year!

The hosts are more than hospitable and unobtrusive. Quiet and tidy yard with plenty of greenery. Bed quality and comfortable with normal pillows.
