The house with apartments is located in the immediate vicinity of the sea. It provides peace and privacy. On each floor there are two apartments of 60m² and 65m². They contain one bedroom with a large double bed (comfortable 23 cm thick mattresses), a kitchen, a living room with a large bed and a bathroom with a shower. They are equipped with everything that a modern apartment requires in order to provide the guest with the most comfortable stay in it. Behind the house there are secured covered parking spaces for each vehicle. The outdoor grill is available to everyone. Reservations are confirmed by an advance payment of €100. Upon arrival, the guest pays the remaining amount up to the total price. Guests' arrival time is after 3 pm (possible agreement). Guests' departure time is until 9 am. Guests cannot bring friends to the apartment without the permission of the owner. On the day of departure, you are obliged to inspect the apartment with the host and compensate for any damage. It is not allowed to move the existing furniture. Pets are not allowed to stay either inside or outside the facility. Final cleaning, which amounts to €30, is not included in the price.

The rooms and terrace are spacious, the owner is pleasant. Sea view, the beach is within walking distance, the city center is a little further, but it's not too bad. The beds are comfortable, we praise the parking under the shelter, there is also a grill. But for the extra cleaning fee, it would be nice to pay more attention to the cleaning. Thank you for your stay and maybe again sometime.

Accommodation spacious, overall satisfaction. It would be good to clean the shower and oven better, then it would be perfect. The beds were comfortable both in the bedroom and on the extra bed. We slept very well Relatively close to the center, about 10 minutes walk. We went to the beach through the camp, about 7 minutes walk. The hosts are friendly people. We would love to come back.

We spent our third holiday in this apartment, we were happy to return because the owners are willing to communicate, they always meet our requirements. The apartment was clean, well maintained. It is close to the sea and the city. A stall with pastries and vegetables is in front of the apartment. It is parked in the shade under a shelter. There is also a barbecue.

We spent a holiday here in 2018 and 2019 with the children and we will be happy to return here. The apartment is not directly by the sea, but within walking distance, even to the center. Parking in the shade, near the bakery, nice beach with shower and bars.

Apartments Jordan's house in quiet beach is a short and easy access to it. The beach is stony, clean sea, beach refreshments. Accommodation is very practical and clean, open-air barbecue and also provided convenient parking. The owners are very nice and friendly, willing to help. Pakoštane has a very good location, tours are a short walk, we navšívili Vrana Lake, Zadar, Krka waterfalls and Bigrad. From Pakoštene are nice boat trips to Kornati. I highly recommend to all.
