Payment and terms
You can book your accommodation by phone or e-mail. A 20% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation, the rest of the amount is paid upon arrival. You can send money to a bank account. The stay in our apartments starts at 2 p.m. on the first day of your stay and ends at 9 a.m. on the last day. The day of departure is not included in the total number of days of stay. The owners of the apartments take care of the thorough cleanliness and arrangement of the apartments. Clean bed linen and towels at each change of guests. Guests who stay longer than 10 days in agreement with the host have the right to clean bed linen. Tourist tax is not included in the price. When paying the advance payment, we send you a written confirmation of your reservation (voucher)

Cancellation policy
When canceling a reservation, we do not return the advance payment. In agreement with the guests, we try to arrange a new arrival date.
