Our facility exudes a pleasant, homely atmosphere where guests can feel relaxed and truly welcome. It is located in a prime location, just 400 meters from the town center, while all necessary amenities are within easy reach – the nearest shop is only 30 meters away. The house consists of three accommodation units, each with its own balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relaxed evenings. The largest apartment additionally has three spacious terraces, providing even more space for outdoor living and shared moments. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor space that includes a glass gazebo with a kitchen, an indoor fireplace and a large table ideal for socializing and outdoor meals. This warm and cozy area is located in the middle of greenery and provides a peaceful environment for relaxation, conversation and creating beautiful memories. The accommodation is suitable for different types of guests, and is especially pleasant for families with children, who can play carefree in a safe and spacious environment. Each apartment also has its own outdoor parking space, to make your stay as simple and carefree as possible. Payment model and reservation conditions To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 50% of the total price of the stay. The remaining amount is paid directly to the owner upon arrival, in cash or by prior agreement. The reservation is considered confirmed after visible advance payment. Arrival and departure time Arrival (check-in): from 2:00 p.m. If the apartment is ready and cleaned earlier, we will be happy to receive guests even before the scheduled arrival time. Departure (check-out): until 10:00 a.m. We kindly ask guests to respect the departure time so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guests in time.
Residential tax is included in price.In case of cancellation of the reservation: For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, the advance payment is refunded in full. For cancellations from 29 to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the advance payment is retained. For cancellations within 14 days before arrival, the advance payment is not refunded. In the event of a guest's non-arrival (no-show), the advance payment is retained in full. In exceptional situations (serious illness, extraordinary circumstances) it is possible to agree on a change of date, depending on the availability of accommodation.
