You can book by phone or e-mail. When booking an apartment, a 20% deposit is required, and the rest is paid on the first day after arrival. You can send the money to a bank account or by mail. The stay in the apartment begins at 2 pm on the first day of stay and ends by 9 am on the last day. The last day, i.e. the day of leaving the apartment, does not count towards the total number of days of stay. Bed linen is changed upon check-out, and guests staying for 14 days or more are given bed linen on the 7th day to change themselves. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and decorated by the host or hostess DALMATINO at each check-out. Bed linen, towels, garbage bags, toilet paper are provided to guests upon arrival, and the guest provides the rest himself.

Excellent accommodation and location of the apartment. Beach 2 min. walk from the apartment, center 5 min. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is nearby a few minutes walk. No need to use a car. The hosts are very accommodating and kind, all recommendations for the apartments Vila Dalmatino and we hope to be your guests again next year.
Our stay in this studio apartment in Pakoštane was wonderful! The apartment is spotlessly clean, modernly decorated and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation, and has a parking space. The location is excellent - in a quiet part of town, yet very close to the beach, center and all amenities. I would especially like to highlight the hospitality and kindness of the hosts. Apartment by the sea - first category. We really enjoyed our stay, we felt like home, with a difference, except by the sea. The hosts are very friendly, always there for anything you need. The apartment was completely newly furnished and renovated, spacious and luxurious and very close to the beach, just follow the path and you are there. We especially enjoyed the children, because they had the beach, entertainment and room at their fingertips. Parking is in the yard, right in front of the property and everything is very accessible on foot (beach, shop around the corner, bakery across the street, playground visible from the balcony, etc.). The internet worked flawlessly, so working from home (read holidays) is not a problem. We were a family (2 plus 3 children). It was perfect for us, and we will be back for our next vacation.

I was with my son on August 13 - August 20, 2022. Very friendly hosts. Everything was as described and very comfortable. A family with two children can easily fit there. Everything works as it should (air conditioning is cooling, WIFI also works). Very close (50m) to a nice beach and the town center. Parking space is also hassle-free. To Pine Beach about 40 minutes on foot. Everything is great!

With a stay in all we absolutely happy and excited. Accommodation is in a beautiful location near the sea and the center of a small town, the sea clean and the evening totally calm and tranquility. Ideal for families with small children, we were three (11,9,1) and we all loved it there. The apartment was large, clean, well-equipped, with a balcony with spectacular sea views. Krpeta owners are very nice, helpful, we felt like home. There are relatively few nearby places to visit, for example. Krka waterfalls, sandy beaches on the islet Vrgada, Vrana Lake, the town of Sibenik and many others. In Pakoštane everything can be bought easily, or to go eat. All very highly recommended and we ourselves would like to come here again one day. THANKS A GORAN MARIJANA Krpeta !!!
