Villa San Marino has eight identical apartments located on three floors. There are two apartments on each floor. The apartments are 55m2 in total and contain a double bedroom, a living room with a click-clack bed, a kitchen, a dining room and a large terrace. All apartments are in the first row to the sea and face the sea. They are equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating. The kitchens are equipped with utensils for preparing and serving food and drinks in appropriate quantities, a refrigerator, a freezer, an electric hotplate, a gas hob and a hood, and the bathrooms have showers. Each apartment has a flat-screen TV with satellite and antenna and Internet access. The terraces have seating furniture.

For all apartments, the maximum number of people is 4. One parking space is provided per apartment in our parking lot. Small dogs are allowed, but with prior notice and upon request. Entry to the apartments is possible from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please leave the apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. No more people than specified are allowed in the apartments and rooms. Bringing guests to the apartment or room for the night is possible only with the permission of the owner. On the day of departure, you are obliged to inspect the apartment or room with the host and compensate for any damage. It is not allowed to bring weapons, prohibited narcotics or other dangerous and/or flammable substances into the apartments. The apartment owners are not responsible for the possible disappearance of the guest's belongings and valuables. It is not allowed to take out the inventory of the apartment (towels, blankets, umbrellas, etc.).
