If we don't have guests, you can come before 2 p.m. If we have guests, please come after 2 pm. Let me know when you're coming. When you arrive, we will give you the key to the apartment. You pay the price difference when you arrive. On the day of departure, you return the key to the apartment and we say goodbye.

Cancellation policy
Advance payment refund in the amount of 50% of the paid amount is possible within 24 hours of payment. We lose new guests, and you lose 50% of the paid amount.
