The apartment is located within the host's family house, but is separate and separately positioned. The apartment is newly decorated and renovated, simply and functionally furnished and equipped for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The apartment has all the necessary kitchen appliances (air fryer, coffee maker, oven...). The apartment has 2 top-quality air conditioners that temper the facility to the desired temperature within 10 minutes. Guests have access to 2 comfortable parking spaces in the yard of the facility as well as a large yard for use. The host provides free transportation to the airport upon arrival and departure if necessary. Distance from the beach is about 5km. A new corner sofa designed specifically for sleeping with a stretched sleeping surface measuring 165x210 has been placed in the apartment. We are constantly investing in improving the quality of service for our guests. We want to provide all guests with a pleasant stay in our facility with maximum comfort and responsiveness in all matters.

The rest is paid upon arrival in cash or to the host's account. Since we always leave a day off between appointments to prepare the facility for the next guests as best as possible, arrival is possible from 10:00, and departure is preferably by 17:00. Times are not fixed and an agreement is always possible because we try to be as flexible as possible in this regard because we know that it means a lot to our guests to be able to arrive as early as possible and leave as late as possible.
Residential tax is included in price.Cancellation without compensation and with a full refund before the amount paid is max. 5 days before the booked appointment. By canceling 4 or less days before the reserved date, you will receive a refund of the advance payment or the amount paid minus the amount of the standard advance payment. In the event that the appointment is fully or partially filled after the cancellation, we will refund the amount proportional to the lost days, that is, the entire advance payment if the entire appointment is filled.
