The apartment is located in the center of Pula near the Arena in a residential building on the 2nd floor. It was renovated in 2024. It is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It consists of a room (double bed, wardrobe with mirror, chest of drawers, shoe cabinet, TV, iron, 2 chairs, bedding, blanket and towels); kitchen (kitchen cabinets, hotplate, large fridge, table, chairs, air conditioning, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes); bathroom (toilet, shower, washing machine, sink with mirror, electric wall heater). Since it is in the center, all urban amenities are available to it. In the neighborhood there is a bakery, Fast food, grocery store, Rock cafe, hairdresser and pet care salon. Pets are allowed with the obligation to maintain their hygiene.

Payment is made to the account (no.rn. via SMS or email or WhatsApp). An advance payment of 30% of the total amount is paid upon booking, the rest upon entering the apartment - the advance payment is refunded up to 10 days before the date of use of the apartment. The time of entry into the apartment is from 4 pm, and the departure is until 10 am. The surcharge per pet is €30 for the entire stay in the apartment (max. 2 pets). The surcharge for cleaning the apartment after guests leave is €30. Utilities and tourist tax are included in the price.
