The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building, which makes it easily accessible. The interior is modernly equipped for staying at any time of the year: the space is air-conditioned with two air conditioners, and for colder days there is underfloor heating. For your additional comfort and privacy, all windows have roller shutters and mosquito nets. The location is excellent for those who love walking: it takes only 10 minutes to walk to the beach, and 15 minutes to the city center. All essential amenities, such as shops, public transport, pharmacies, hospitals, shopping centers, cafes, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity. The building has its own free parking for residents and guests. Parking cannot be reserved in advance, but since it belongs to the building, it makes it easier to find a place.
