Payment and terms
The reservation of the apartment is 30% of the total price of the night, and is made by payment to the bank account of the owner of the apartment, and the remaining amount of the total price is paid on the day of arrival (in cash or payment to the bank account). Upon arrival, guests are required to submit their personal documents (identity card or passport) in order to log in to the eVisitor system. Entry to the apartment is after 3:00 p.m., and departure before 10:00 a.m. Upon departure, the guest is obliged to leave the apartment clean and in the same condition as upon arrival, otherwise cleaning or compensation for damage to the apartment may be charged.
