The apartments are located in a quiet part of the city of Rijeka, surrounded by a green garden. Free private parking is provided for all guests. The apartments have terraces and balconies. Netflix is available to guests in both apartments, and a well-equipped children's corner provides entertainment for children. The house's courtyard is adorned with greenery, which provides pleasant shade on hot summer days, with parasols and a seating and dining set available.

Payment is made to the apartment owner's bank account. When booking, a 30% deposit is paid, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the guest. The remaining amount is paid before arrival. In the event of a shorter stay than stated in the reservation, accommodation for the entire reserved period is charged. For staying in Apartments Helix 1 and Helix 2 with pets, guests are charged an additional €10 per day, and upon arrival they pay the full amount for the reserved period.
