You are more than welcome if you want to relax and rest in a beautiful, peaceful and wind-protected bay on our private property built in traditional Mediterranean style that stretches from the local road all the way to the sea. In front of our Sunset Beachfront Residence there is a beach used by our guests, and right next to us is a pebble beach. There are no other houses in front and behind our property so our guests can enjoy privacy, security, special charm and positive energy.

To make a reservation and guarantee your arrival, it is necessary to pay an advance payment of 30% of the total rent to our account. Arrival at the Sunset beachfront residence is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. or after, and departure should be by 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy
If the reservation is canceled 22 or more days before the start of the rental, the guest does not lose the money but has the right to use it during the next reservation within the next 400 days. If the guest cancels the reservation within 21 days before the start of the reservation, the guest loses the right to use the advance payment.
