Concrete beach At your fingertips are two beautiful national parks, Krka and Kornati, and there is also the possibility of organizing excursions, picnics and visits to the ethno village in the hinterland of Primosten. Villa Irmi offers guests the use of wood grills and the possibility of renting a boat. Just a few minutes drive from us there is a fishing village with a fish market, and fresh fish is available daily.
We were already here in 2019 when it was very good, so we booked a holiday for 2022 in October, when we took the whole house as a party. He was 4 weeks before the start when I accidentally wrote to the owner they told us that the house was for sale and disturbing the whole holiday. What we were very sorry to find for the main season for 12 people croatia at the beach was impossible :(
We just got back after a wonderful week spent at Villa Irma. Accommodation is comfortable, has everything you need, the beach is right in front of the house with all the accompanying facilities needed for the beach. The beach is calm, the sea is clean, the view is relaxing. The hosts are kind, cordial and always available, provide all the necessary information and everything is by arrangement. There are many attractions near the place that I highly recommend exploring and visiting. Anyway, a wonderful vacation and we plan to come back again.

We spent 18 wonderful days here and can highly recommend the property. Perfect for families with teenage children. Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. You can relax, enjoying the silence, the sun and the beautiful, well-kept beach. The apartment is large and spacious, properly equipped and very well prepared. Home atmosphere, nice and caring hosts. A great place for water sports and walking along the paved path along the seashore. We will go back there

We stayed 7 days in 2015 Ii pre-booked this year again and we are looking forward to it. Especially children because of their location and location and also the content of possible activities set for family vacations. Beautiful place for a relaxing holiday. Apartment nice, clean and spacious, large terrace which offers a beautiful view of the sea. The private beach is a big advantage. Owners very nice and agreeable. I recommend.

In 2011. I stayed one week at the Villa Irma, and I remember it as one of best holidays. The main benefit of the villa is private beach with a sun deck, lush greenery and flower gardens, and good but very quiet location. Accommodation is a decent and orderly, and the whole house exudes with a homely atmosphere. In a few minutes by car you can be at the center of Rogoznica, not far nor other attractive locations. This has allowed us to spend the day in peace and solitude, and a part that we live in a vibrant and busy atmosphere of large towns in the vicinity. The hosts were friendly and polite. Perfect for seniors or families with small children. All praise.
