Apartments Ratac Lobrović are located in a romantic place first row to the sea with its own private beach in the oasis of peace and silence in a small village Ratac near Slano (about 5 km west) and globally popular historical and cultural city of Dubrovnik (about 20 km east ) and the gastronomic center of Dubrovnik Rivijera Ston (about 20 km west). The house is spread over three floors and offers two apartments for separate entrances. Each apartment is fully air-conditioned and has one bedroom with a double bed and a large closet, a spacious and comfortable living room with a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable bed for two people, a large and fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet machine and external panoramic terrace / balcony.

Payment of the stay in our apartments is possible only by cash. Advance payment for 30% of the total overnight stay is required to be paid into our bank account within a minimum of three months before your arrival from the booked reservation. Upon arrival, a charge of 100, 00 € for damage is charged. The full paid deposit will be returned upon departure, after the owner of the object examines the object and determines that there is no damage. Arrival time is from 14:00 to 22:00 and departure time is from 7:00 to 10:00 (can be differently agreed upon). From you we expect to treat our apartments according to our consciously and responsibly and respect our home rules for mutual satisfaction. We wish you a pleasant stay.

Rocky beach Both apartments have the right to use a common terrace equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers and an extra large traditional stone barbeque. Here you can spend the grill evenings just a few steps away from the beach. You can descend from the terrace of the stone staircase directly into the crystal clear sea. Reliable WLAN access is offered throughout the property for free. There is also a free parking space for your means of transport. We live on the second floor of the house and we are always at your service. On request and at an additional cost we can arrange transfers from / to Dubrovnik Airport or we can, on request, take a boat trip to Sipan, Lopud, Jaklan and other Elaphite or to the island of Mljet. My family and I spent ten days in this beautiful location. The location and views made the holiday memorable. The apartment is new and equipped with all amenities as well as being spotlessly clean. The Antun and Marina owners are very kind and attentive to our every request. Certainly recommended.

In Marine and Anthony we stayed in August 2014 years, and we spent a wonderful holiday. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly host, drinks and sweets are welcome to what we are used to expensive hotels and private apartment we have won :) The apartment is very nice and tastefully furnished, with great detail. There are also washing machines and dishwasher and all hygienic necessities. Apartment bass provides everything you need for a wonderful stay. And then we come to the most beautiful part of which is the large terrace under the vines, in the shade to enjoy and Merak day and night, with a breathtaking view of the sea, sunsets ... Grill and details which is furnished terrace show that the hosts thought bass at all! Just a few steps down and you have a beautiful private beach with crystal clear sea :) The place is very commendable and quiet holiday, away from the crowds, noise and stumbling through the crowded beaches. A great, high standard apartment in beautiful and peaceful area! Very clean; very, very well equipped. A new one! Very nice people! Great location with separate access to the sea!! There are beutiful beaches within a few minutes by car. An awesome view from the terrace. With a parking place for customers. Thanks one more time!! :) We spend really great time !

For all who are looking for complete peace and relaxation, swimming at a private beach and enjoy the sun. The apartments are new, clean and maintained, as well as a complete environment. In addition to accommodation, it is possible to use a private terrace and an outdoor grill for cooking. I highly recommend a trip with the hosts in the immediate area, which can be arranged upon arrival - not expensive, it pays to see. The hosts are excellent, always available, but unobtrusive. Be sure to come back next year and highly recommend to friends and colleagues.

We spent a wonderful holiday in Apartmetns Lobrovic in August 2014. The place is really great for people looking for peaceful, relaxing and natural places out of the crowds. The appartment is right at the sea, surrounded by pine trees and rosemary bushes. The sea is very clean, full of underwater life: fish, starfish, octopus, crabs. Our kids (7 and 5 years old) were snorkeling all the time - did not want to leave water. Our appartment was MUCH above what we could expect - high standard, modern design with care to details. Very very nice, clean, new. It has a nice terrace with wonderful views depending on the time of a day: great sea, wonderful sunset, sky full of stars (in August we had a chance to observe meteorites falling). When we arrived, the appartment was equiped with toilet paper, shower liquid, dishwashing liquid, cloths, basic cooking ingredients such as oil, salt, sugar, coffee, fresh fruits, and other necessary things and ......a welcome bottle of regional wine and sweets for kids! The owners of the house are very nice young people, very open and helpful. It is also a good place to visit Dubrovnik or Peljesac peninsula.
