This is a very well equipped apartman with quiet and calm neighbourhood. The city canter and the beaches can be reached in half an hour by walk and in 5-10 minutes by bus.

The really great place located in a calm part of Split with 10 minutes distance by bus to a noisy and busy center when you need that. Or 10 minutes walk to a blue-flag bearing beach. The really huge size of apartment itself for such not huge at all (id say really cheap) price also shouldn't be missed (it ACTUALLY can comfortably held 4 persons, but would be just perfect for a family with kids). So in case you aren't a somebody who cannot live without all-night dancing and drinking right up your door, and prefer a place with great atmosphere instead - this place probably the best one in whole Split. Rooms are perfectly clean, and it located it modern building. Air-condition system, washing machine, fan, etc, the home appliance are present and also new, as well as furniture. The owners are really friendly and helpful also. The only bad side i can recall is what smoking inside is not allowed, but it also could be a good side for non-smokers i guess. PS. And as a farewell surprise, mister Andjelko, house owner brought us to an airport on his car. Hvala na svemu!
