The guests have obligation to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it, original state and undamaged, damages caused will affect the security deposit. -The guests are kindly asked not to disturb the peace. - When starting to use the apartment it is assumed that the guests are familiar with the house rules and that they agree with their obligations and conditions.
