Nice and newly renovated apartment on the beautiful location of the old town under the forest park Marjan. It is a 10-minute walk from the protected monument of Diocletian's Palace and many other sights and museums. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a residential building without an elevator but from its balcony offers a beautiful view of the old part of town and the sea. The apartment consists of three bedrooms and one single room, one room with double bed and one room with two single beds. In the living room there is an extra bed for two persons. Especially a bathroom and a special toilet. The apartment has an anti-theft door for your safety.

Payments can be made directly to the kuna or foreign currency account or upon arrival in the apartment, the advance payment is obligatory in the amount of 30% of the total price and the advance payment is confirmed by the reservation. Upon arrival in the apartment the remaining amount of the total price will be paid. In case of a stay of less than 3 nights the price is increased by 30% of the regular price. Upon arrival in the apartment the guest must leave a deposit in the amount or equivalent of 100 euros returning to the guest's departure if the fellow is left in order and without damages. Guests receive two keys, the key loss is 70 euros or the equivalent in kunas. Check in at 14:00, check out at 10:00.

Rocky beach We offer possibility of transportation from Split Airport directly to the apartment. Possibility of boat transport for a full bath on the nearby peninsula Čiovo, max. 4 persons. Tourist tax is included in the price of the apartment. Welcome drink included in the price.
The apartment was just as described in the description, very clean and tidy and equipped with everything you need on vacation. The kitchen is also very well equipped, in short, there is nothing missing. The apartment is located on the edge of Split and yet it is not far to the center and to the old town. Also to the beach it is not far. The hosts were very nice, we got tips for the leisure time and on the arrival were welcome drinks in the fridge ready. In short, we will come back.

My friends and I have been travelling Europe and are in agreement that this apartment was the greatest in which we stayed. Firstly, Ervin is a great host who was happy to help us with any issues, whether they were about the apartment itself or anything in general about our time in Split. It was clear that the hosts worked tirelessly in order to keep the apartment fir for purpose and clean to the highest standard. The apartment is walking distance from all main attractions within the town with a great view from the balcony of the Old Town. The facilities within the flat all worked very well and I would highly recommend staying here especially if you\'re a big group. If i was to visit Split again I would definitely like to stay here again. Many thanks!

Accommodation has delighted the first immediately in the ad, and even more when we arrived spaciousness, neatness and a maximum view from the balcony for morning coffee. Compliments to the owner what he thought of all the little things and equipped the apartment with everything you could need - from kitchen appliances to irons and hair dryers. The location is the perfect place for you for 5 minutes to the city center, just enough that you are off the tourist crowds and easy walk close to everything. We were thrilled and hosts who were open and available for any assistance.

The apartment is very cosy and clean, more beautiful than pictures shows, kichten is fully equipped. It was very great place to rest. Good location, great view from the windows! The owner is very nice person, great contact, he gave us useful advices and informations about Split.
