The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen, as well as a large balcony. The apartment is actually the entire floor of the house. The apartment is equipped with a functional kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher, dishes...), television, air conditioning, washing machine, large double beds. On request, we can add an extra bed. The property's 900 m2 yard has 3 parking spaces and one garage space, an outdoor grill, greenery for children... Within a radius of 300 meters there are shops, restaurants, beach bars, children's playgrounds, fast food...

Check-in to the apartment is possible after 3:00 p.m. (in case of agreement it can be earlier), and check-out is only possible until 10:00 a.m. The advance payment is 20% of the total price of the reserved accommodation. The rest of the amount is paid upon arrival, exclusively in cash (euro).
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

When making a reservation, each guest has a period of 7 days to pay the advance payment. After payment, we keep the advance payment as confirmation of the reservation. It is possible to request a refund of the advance payment only if there is an active travel ban at the time of the planned arrival.
