The house has two apartments and three rooms. The apartments and rooms are modern and tastefully decorated and located in a house that was completely renovated in 2014. In the courtyard there is a communal swimming pool with a sunbathing area. Each apartment and room has its own air conditioning. Our apartments and rooms are 300m from the Zlatna luka beach, and 400m from the beach in the Dalmacija marina, and a 10-minute easy walk from the center of Sukošan.
